How we work, and why we work this way
Areera Travel and Tours was built around a simple observation: travellers rarely lose money because of fares, they lose it because of paperwork. Our process is designed against that failure mode.
One consultant, one file
Files are not passed between desks. The consultant who reviews your eligibility is the one who prepares your checklist, files your application and calls you with the outcome. It is slower to scale and considerably better for accuracy, because nobody has to reconstruct the reasoning behind a decision made last week.
Written scope before work starts
Every engagement begins with a written note covering what we will do, what you must provide, the government charges at cost, our fee, and the realistic timeline. If any of those change mid-process we tell you in writing before continuing.
Honest advice, including when it costs us the job
If your case is weak we will say so, and if a destination genuinely does not need an agency we will tell you to apply yourself. Turning away work we cannot do well is cheaper than handling the consequences of a refusal that was predictable from the start.
Confidentiality and document handling
Passports and original certificates are logged in and out, stored securely, and returned in person or by tracked courier. Your financial and personal documents are used only for the application you engaged us for, and are not shared with third parties beyond the mission and the offices in the attestation chain.
